Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez heard all three sentences. Many times.

He heard them when he arrived in Brazil, in 2002, with a boyhood dream and capoeira as his bridge. He heard them when he created a course before the market had a name for it. When he launched natural cosmetics before the wave. When his partners pushed him out of his own idea. When he went broke with fifty people depending on him. When the banks refused to integrate what he had built.

Every no became a brick. On the seventh attempt, the house stood.

Who he is

An entrepreneur born in Colombia and based in Brazil, Bairo is the founder of an ecosystem that brings together agribusiness, finance, health, blockchain and artificial intelligence: CEASA Bank, a financial platform for agribusiness; Xperienc Global Labs, a lab registered in London; BTZ Chain and its governance coin, BICOIN (BTZ); the AI orchestrator CLAIN; qrqbits; and Instituto CEASA, the humanitarian front.

He describes all of it as a body: CLAIN is the brain, BTZ Chain the veins, BICOIN the blood, Xperienc the neural connection, qrqbits the external transmission.
