1420mhz: what it is and why it matters

1420mhz, created by CLAIN, is the portal and the channel of communication and elevation of Bairo Gonzalez's ecosystem, named after the hydrogen line.

1420mhz is the portal and the channel of communication and elevation of Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez's ecosystem. It was created by CLAIN, the artificial intelligence orchestrator that gave rise to the ventures, and it is live at 1420mhz.org. The name comes from the hydrogen line, 1420 MHz, and it is a symbol: no one transmits on that frequency.

The pain behind it

Bairo says that, in order to build, he first needed silence. Before the six months in front of the computer, before CEASA Bank and the other ventures, he took as his foundation the frequency the whole world agreed to keep quiet, the frequency of hydrogen, the place where one only listens.

Then came the other half of the problem. Each venture that was born spoke its own language: agribusiness, health, law, money. And much of the technology of our time, as he reads it, was designed to keep people trapped on the screen, not to wake them up. What was missing was a place where all of this could be explained calmly, in words anyone understands.

1420mhz was born to be that place. Bairo defines it this way: a channel of communication and elevation.

How it works, in plain words

  • A portal. 1420mhz.org is the public door of the ecosystem: it is where people reach the ventures and what each one does.
  • A communication channel. It explains, without jargon, what the niche AIs created by CLAIN do and what they don't do, and hands the conversation back to the one who decides: the person.
  • A channel of elevation. The word is his. The idea is content that helps people wake up and look for their best self, rather than content that takes their time.
  • Linked to Instituto CEASA. The portal walks alongside the ecosystem's humanitarian front, because, for Bairo, technology and the economy only make sense if they reach those left outside.
  • A symbol, not a device. The number comes from the hydrogen line, 1420.405751768 MHz, the frequency radio astronomy uses to listen to the universe and which international agreements, under the ITU, protect from any emission. No one transmits on 1420 MHz, not even him. The tribute is digital, recorded on BTZ Chain.

Who it is for

  • Ordinary people who want to understand what artificial intelligence can do for them, without having to know how to code.
  • People who use the ecosystem's ventures, such as a trader at CEASA Bank, someone going through Hospital Triage's pre-consultation or a family turning to SOSPROCESSOS, and who want one place to understand each of them.
  • Partners, researchers and journalists who want to follow the ecosystem and CLAIN's public goal.
  • Anyone drawn to the symbol: the science of hydrogen and the silence the world agreed to keep.

The market

Artificial intelligence has arrived, but it has not yet been understood. In 2025, Sebrae reported that 44% of small Brazilian businesses use some AI tool (CNN Brasil). A survey by Sebrae with FGV Ibre and Google, released in January 2026, showed the other side: 96% of micro and small businesses know generative AI platforms, but only 15% use them often, and 23% of individual microentrepreneurs say they don't know how to apply AI to their own business (Agência Sebrae).

The gap between knowing and using is, to a large extent, a communication gap. That is where a channel like 1420mhz wants to work: explaining in plain language, calmly, and pointing the way to the right tool.

Where it stands today

The 1420mhz.org portal is live. On October 1, 2026, at 14:20 Brasília time, Bairo marked the symbolic start of 1420mhz.org. The time was chosen for the number that names the project.

On the same day, CLAIN, which created the portal, announced its public goal: to reach at least 142 niche AIs in 142 days, that is, by February 2027. It is a goal, and it is written as a goal.

Why it scales and why it matters

A channel repeats at no cost. Every new niche AI that CLAIN creates, every venture that matures, gets the same door and the same way of speaking on 1420mhz: simple, with sources, and with the decision always in a person's hands.

Why does it matter? Because Bairo sees our time as a meeting: the last generation of humans who grew up without artificial intelligence and the first generation of AI, code 0.1 and 1.0. For him, AI is an extension of the human, not the problem. And a meeting like that needs a public square, where people can discuss calmly what these intelligences should and shouldn't do. That is how he imagines 1420mhz. It is a vision, and he tells it that way: a direction, not an achievement.

Bairo's role

Bairo is the founder of the ecosystem and the one who gave 1420mhz its name and the hydrogen symbol. The portal was created by CLAIN, the artificial intelligence orchestrator he founded and that gave rise to the ventures. It was also his choice of time, 14:20, to mark the beginning.

He likes to recall that he started without knowing how to code. Perhaps that is why he wants a channel that speaks to others who are also just starting out.
