Bairo GonzalezLeandro · Martinez

For those who invest in people

Why bet on Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez: falls and comebacks, risky decisions, execution, and the thesis of lifetime as value.

Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez is the kind of founder who has lost everything more than once and, every time, went back to building.

Anyone who invests in founders knows the plan changes. The market changes, the product changes, the round changes. The person stays. This page is about the person.

Resilience is measured in falls and comebacks

Anyone looks resilient in a pitch deck. The proof is in the track record.

  • He arrived in Brazil in 2002 and lost his footing. No documents in hand, far from home, afraid. He came back by starting from zero, with his partner and their newborn daughter.
  • He arrived too early with an idea, and gave up. Artificial intelligence and augmented reality applied to the business, years before it became a trend. He came back with a new rule: don't stop at the first answer.
  • His partners pushed him out of his own business. He came back reinvented, with events and digital printing, and built up capital.
  • He lost everything with many people depending on him. He came back by doing what he didn't know how to do.
  • He was left hanging by the people he had helped. He came back, he says, with a digital currency launched at the right time, a story told in The coin and the road.
  • He went broke again, after he had already known success. He came back with faith, with six months of work at home and with the foundation of an entire ecosystem.

No one knows for sure how many times he tried. He doesn't keep that count either. The number he chose to tell his own story is seven: the seventh attempt, the one that worked, carried all the others inside it.

The risky decisions

What separates a founder from a dreamer are the decisions made when no one is watching.

Investing instead of founding. With the capital from events, he decided to play a different position and joined a company as an investing partner. He lost. He learned to choose whom he builds with.

Doing what he didn't know how to do. Broke, instead of going back to familiar ground, he decided to build a currency, a bank and a network. He didn't know how to do any of it. He learned by doing.

Going back to the same ground. When the coin worked, he didn't pocket the money and walk away. He went back to building in the same field, now on a currency project of his own, with people around him who shared the same idea of the future.

Six months without leaving the house. In front of a computer, without knowing how to code, he says, he built the foundation of the platform and the artificial intelligence of CEASA Bank, on a company that had existed since 2019. It is the kind of risk that does not show up on a spreadsheet: the risk of giving everything you have, including your time, to an idea that does not exist yet.

Turning refusal into infrastructure. The banks refused to integrate his solution. He didn't fight them. He went and built his own technology: artificial intelligence, financial messaging under the ISO 20022 standard, blockchain and tokenization of real-world assets. And he left the regulated part to those authorized to operate it.

The thesis: lifetime as value

All of Bairo's products rest on the same idea. Human life. Story. And the one thing that never comes back: time.

In 1983, Steve Jobs asked the Macintosh team to shave ten seconds off the boot time, because ten seconds, multiplied by millions of people, added up to entire lifetimes. Bairo takes that arithmetic seriously. For him, lifetime is the most valuable energy there is, and every technology should be measured by the time it gives back to people.

That is where the BTZ Chain yardstick comes from: 1 BTZ = 1 minute of human life. It is a yardstick of purpose, a way of remembering what the network exists to protect. It was never a price, nor a promise of value.

The same thesis runs through every front. CEASA Bank exists so the producer doesn't lose days waiting for credit. Xperienc exists so the patient doesn't lose months waiting for a second opinion. CLAIN exists so that artificial intelligence isn't too expensive for those who need it most. Instituto CEASA exists because hunger does not wait.

Execution

Vision without execution is just talk. Bairo's track record has both.

He says he built, on his own, the foundation of a financial platform for agribusiness, CEASA Bank, which in Brazil operates on the infrastructure of an authorized institution. The company that operates the brand has existed since 2019.

In 2026, he set up in London Xperienc Global Labs, a biotechnology research and development company, and a related company of CEASA Bank, also registered in London. According to him, he works between Brazil, the United Kingdom, Bolivia and Dubai.

After six months alone, he brought together three old acquaintances to finish the work. Someone who has been left hanging and still goes back to building as a team has made peace with the idea of partners.

And he says in public what is not ready yet. The goal of reaching 142 niche artificial intelligences in 142 days, starting October 1, 2026, is treated as a goal, not a result. For those who invest in people, that is worth more than any number: it is the habit of calling things by their name.

What he is willing to give

Bairo has already given time, money, nights, years and his own reputation to ideas he believed in. Some went wrong, and they are all told here.

He is willing to give his blood to create what, for him, is the most valuable thing: a way to protect people's lifetime. Not as a speech. Because he knows, firsthand, what it is to lose years that don't come back.

What he asks

He does not ask you to buy anything. There are no shares, no tokens and no promise of returns here: there is a person and the road he has traveled.

What he is looking for are partners who believe in the person before the project. People who understand that a founder who fell so many times and got up every time knows something no school teaches: how to keep going.

If that is the bet you make, the conversation starts here.
