For anyone writing about Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez: short bios, facts on the record, a timeline and the ventures he founded.

If you are going to write about Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez, this page is for you.

Here is who he is, what he has built, what is on the record and what is his own memory. The way he asked for it: without hiding the falls and without calling ready what is still a dream.

In a few words

In one line. Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez, a Colombian entrepreneur in Brazil since 2002, made every "no" the ground of an ecosystem of agribusiness, health, finance and AI.

In one paragraph. Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez is a Colombian entrepreneur, born in 1982 and based in Brazil since 2002. Capoeira, he says, was the bridge to the country he had said, since boyhood, would be his. His path is made of attempts: a salon, a hair-treatment course, natural cosmetics, events, partnerships that ended and falls that left him with nothing. He says the seventh one worked. He is the founder of CEASA Bank, a financial platform for agribusiness, of Xperienc Global Labs, registered in London, and of CLAIN. His rule: every no is the ground of a yes.

Short version. Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez is a Colombian entrepreneur, born in 1982 and based in Brazil since 2002. He lost everything more than once and kept building. He founded an ecosystem linking agribusiness, health, finance, blockchain and artificial intelligence. His rule: every no is the ground of a yes.

In Spanish.

The story, as he tells it

Part of this story has documents. Most of it is memory: his. When it is memory, we write "Bairo says that," and we ask you to do the same.

Bairo says that, ever since he was a boy, in Colombia, he would say that one day he would live in Brazil, and that capoeira was the bridge. He arrived in 2002. The first years were hard, as they are for so many immigrants, and the sentence that sums up that time is his: the sun is for everyone, but shade, in the heat, is for the few.

Then came the attempts. A salon opened with his partner when their daughter was born. A hair-treatment course. An artificial intelligence idea that came too early. A natural cosmetics brand that worked. Partners who pushed him out of a business. An investment that did not hold, with, he says, fifty people depending on him. He says he doesn't know how many times he tried. He knows the seventh one worked.

At rock bottom, he says, he found faith. Then he spent six months at home, in front of a computer, building the foundation of what was to come. When the banks refused to integrate his solution, he went and built the pieces himself.

The whole story is in The seventh attempt and begins in Fifty-five years later.

The ventures he founded

Each one is a separate company or project, with its own name and path. Some already operate, others are still being built, and each one tells, on its own website, where it stands.

  • CEASA Bank. A financial platform for agribusiness, for those who buy and sell at the wholesale food markets, operating on the infrastructure of an authorized institution. ceasabank.com.br
  • Xperienc Global Labs. Research in biotechnology and medical cannabis, teleconsultation and clinical second opinions with instant translation, always validated by a health professional. An opinion, not a medical report. xperienc.me
  • BTZ Chain and BICOIN (BTZ). The proposal of a record network in which artificial intelligence checks and people confirm, in development. The yardstick "1 BTZ = 1 minute of human life" speaks of purpose, not price. btzchain.org
  • CLAIN and 1420mhz. An orchestrator of artificial intelligence agents, with human decision-making. The name 1420 comes from the hydrogen frequency, a symbol: no one transmits on it. 1420mhz.org
  • qrqbits. Protection for files, images, audio and text with layered post-quantum cryptography.
  • SOSPROCESSOS. Legal analysis supported by artificial intelligence, always led by a lawyer, in development.
  • Hospital Triage. A pre-consultation system with a clinical assistant and human validation, in development.
  • Investment House. A project for tokenizing real-world assets and a network of business owners, presented institutionally. investmenthouse.com.br
  • Instituto CEASA. The humanitarian front: the proposal to turn the surplus from the wholesale food markets into food that keeps without refrigeration.

Hospital Granja Julieta, in São Paulo, is an independent company, with its own shareholders. Bairo is neither a partner nor a founder of the hospital.

The full picture, with the idea that links the ventures, is in The ecosystem.

Before you write

  • The name. On first mention, Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez, without accents on Gonzalez and Martinez, as in the records.
  • What is fact and what is memory. What is on the record is above. The rest is his account, and it is worth writing it that way.
  • What does not exist yet. Goals are goals. Projects in development are projects. He insists on that difference.
  • Health and money. Nothing on this page is a treatment recommendation, an investment offer or an invitation to buy anything.
  • The famous stories. The dates for Walt Disney, Henry Ford and Steve Jobs cited in his story have been checked. The correct versions, with who told each one, are in the first chapter, Fifty-five years later.
