SOSPROCESSOS: what it is and why it matters
SOSPROCESSOS, founded by Bairo Gonzalez, is AI legal analysis led by a lawyer: the whole case file read, with facts, rulings and scenarios.

SOSPROCESSOS is a legal analysis system with artificial intelligence, founded by Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez, that reads the case file, gathers public rulings and builds defense scenarios for the lawyer, who is always the one leading the case, and that connects people with licensed lawyers.
The pain behind it
Bairo knows what it is like to be on the weaker side of a system you don't understand. In his first years in Brazil, without documents in hand and afraid, he knew the loneliness of someone who doesn't know their own rights or whom to ask. The sentence that sums up that time is his: the sun is for everyone, but shade, in the heat, is for the few.
Later, after going broke with many people depending on him, he learned the other side: how hard it is to be well defended when there is no money left for anything. The quality of a defense, he realized, usually depends on the size of the law firm the family can afford.
SOSPROCESSOS was born to shorten that distance. Not to replace the lawyer, but so that an ordinary family's lawyer has in hand the same level of reading and research that only large firms used to have.
How it works, in plain words
Imagine a case file with thousands of pages and a single lawyer, with a tight deadline.
- A complete reading. A team of artificial intelligence agents reads the case file from end to end and builds a map of the facts, each with the page and document it came from.
- Facts by color. What has a document goes in as green. What is only an allegation, as yellow. What has not been checked stays red and is not used.
- Rulings with number and link. The research goes to the official databases of the courts and of the National Council of Justice. A precedent without a number, reporting judge and link does not go in.
- How each judge tends to rule. The system studies public rulings in similar cases, so the defense can speak to the judge in terms of what that judge has already written.
- An attack before the courtroom. Before any argument moves forward, an agent plays the prosecution and tries to knock it down. What survives goes to the lawyer.
- The lawyer decides. The one who signs, meets the client and answers for the strategy is always a professional registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
The system also brings people closer to lawyers, within the OAB's rules on advertising and client solicitation, and lets lawyers provide support to other firms, with analysis, filings and court follow-up.
For those who cannot pay
Bairo also designs SOSPROCESSOS for those who have never had access to a law firm. The idea is that ordinary people find, in language they understand, clear information about the path of their problem, and reach the right professional without spending what they don't have. The system was created by CLAIN, the ecosystem's agent orchestrator, and works in five stages:
- Triage. The person tells what happened, and the system identifies the area of law, the documents they need to gather and whether a deadline is running, which is what most often makes someone lose a right.
- Analysis. The agents read the case documents and separate what has proof from what is only an allegation.
- Scenario prediction. Based on public rulings in similar cases, the system estimates possible scenarios for the lawyer to assess. It is an estimate, never a promise of an outcome.
- Follow-up. The progress of the case is tracked, and the person and the lawyer are notified when something changes or when a deadline approaches.
- Classification. Facts, documents and rulings are classified and organized, so that nothing important gets lost among thousands of pages.
The limit is clear and is part of the design: the system informs and organizes, it does not replace a lawyer. Legal advice and defense are activities reserved to lawyers under the OAB Statute (Law 8.906/1994), and those who cannot pay have the right to the Public Defender's Office, to which the system can also point the way.
Who it is for
- Lawyers and small firms, who serve most families and have no research team.
- Families, through the lawyer they chose, who need a defense built with all the material in the case.
- Law firms that need support from other lawyers in another city, for analysis, filings and court follow-up.
The market
The volume of Brazil's justice system is hard to imagine. The Judiciary ended 2025 with 75.5 million cases pending and received 40.9 million new cases in the year, the largest volume in the historical series that began in 2009, according to the Justice in Numbers 2026 report by the National Council of Justice (CNJ). The courts also set a productivity record, with 45.2 million cases closed. Demand is growing, and those on the other side of the counter need tools that are up to the task.
At the same time, artificial intelligence has arrived in the work of organizations. According to Stanford University's AI Index 2025, 78% of organizations said they used AI in 2024, compared with 55% the year before (Stanford HAI). The trend is for the question to shift from "is it worth using AI?" to "can you defend someone without having read everything the case file and the courts have already said?".
Where it stands today
SOSPROCESSOS is in development and started with criminal law. The analysis method runs inside the ecosystem's infrastructure, as a cell of agents coordinated by CLAIN. There is no public website yet.
No outcome is promised, because no case has a certain outcome. What the system proposes is something else: that the defense be built with everything the case contains, and not only with what there was time to read.
Why it scales and why it matters
The method is the same in any case: read, map, attack yourself and converge. The most expensive part, reading and research, is done by agents; the lawyer comes in where only the lawyer can, at the decision. By swapping the knowledge base, the same design serves labor law, tax law, family law. It was here, in fact, that the cell model CLAIN replicates across the other fronts was born.
The revenue model envisioned respects the profession's ethics: a usage license for lawyers and firms, and never a share of fees or a charge per referred client.
Why does it matter? Because justice that depends on the size of the law firm is half a justice. Bairo imagines a country in which a family with someone in prison, or with an eviction suit at the door, has through its lawyer the same depth of reading a large client would have. It is a vision, and every step of it will depend on the lawyers who use it.
Bairo's role
Bairo is the founder of SOSPROCESSOS. He designed the idea out of his own experience of having been without a defense and without a network, and set the rule that doesn't change: the machine reads and researches, the person decides. The choice to start with the hardest kind of case, criminal law, where every week of waiting costs a job, income and family, is also his.
