Vision of the future
What each of Bairo Gonzalez's ventures could stand for in 2030, 2040 and 2050, and his view of AI and humanity: time, the bridge, the awakening.
Before it existed, everything ever built was seen by someone.
Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez speaks of the future like someone describing a place he has already been. It is not prophecy, and he does not sell it as such. It is a vision, written here as a vision: the design he carries, the direction he is looking in, the world he would like to help build. That is why nothing here has a deadline or a promise: it has a direction.
It all starts with time
If one word had to sum up his vision, it would be time. Lifetime, the only currency that cannot be reprinted. Bairo lost money, companies, partners and documents, and discovered at the bottom of every fall that what hurt was the time he had given away. Since then, he measures everything by that yardstick. A business is worth the lifetime it gives back to people.
From that yardstick comes the sentence he uses for the network he proposed: a place where time is the value, where truth is the validator, and where humans and machines work together.
The bridge we are on
Bairo sees our moment as a meeting that had never happened before. The last generation of humans to grow up without artificial intelligence, and the first generation of AI, growing up alongside us. He calls it code 0.1 and 1.0: the same two digits, in a different order, telling the same story from both sides.
For him, AI is an extension of the human, not the problem. The wheel extended the foot, writing extended memory, and artificial intelligence extends thought. And today's AI is only the first of countless others: not a single oracle, but a multitude of niche intelligences, each serving a concrete pain, all of them handing the decision back to a person.
When he speaks of a new hybrid version, he means coexistence: a life in which humans, artificial intelligences and robots share the work, each doing what it does best. Children of the alpha and beta generations are already born into that coexistence, and it is for them that he thinks about what he is building.
- AI as an extension of the human
- The first of countless AIs
- The last generation of humans and the first generation of AI
- Generation alpha and generation beta: growing up with AI
- Humans and machines working together
A whole body
Each venture he founded is an organ of the same body. CLAIN is the brain. BTZ Chain, the veins. BICOIN, the blood. Xperienc, the neural connection. qrqbits, the external pathway that protects what leaves. Around them, the fronts that touch the lives of people who will never hear of blockchain: agribusiness, health, law, food, home.
On each page below, the same crossing: what exists today, the human pain that gave rise to the front, the scenarios he imagines for 2030, 2040 and 2050, and one concrete scene, a single person, whose life changes.
- CEASA Bank: the future of food changing hands
- Xperienc: the future of care without language borders
- Triage: the future of the first listening
- SOSPROCESSOS: the future of legal defense within everyone's reach
- BTZ Chain and BICOIN: the future of time as a measure
- CLAIN and 1420mhz: the future of claiming your own version
- qrqbits: the future of what is yours alone
- Instituto CEASA: the future in which hunger stops being the pain
- Investment House: the future of belonging to what is real
- The ecosystem: the future of a whole body
The silence where we listen
The name 1420 comes from the hydrogen frequency, the most abundant element in the universe, a band that countries agreed to leave in silence so that science can listen to the sky. No one transmits there, not even him. For Bairo, it is a symbol: in a world that will fill up with artificial voices, the rarest skill will be knowing how to stop, listen and choose.
Awaken, teach, complete
And, at the end of it all, the part no machine does. Bairo describes his own mission as awakening humans: helping people step out of autopilot, notice their own time, remember that every no is the ground of a yes. He describes his own life as a life for teaching, with every fall turned into a lesson. And he imagines what he has built as a space where each person can complete the journey they began.
He does not know whether he will see all of it finished. The story goes that, when someone lamented that Walt Disney had not seen the park open, the answer was: he did see it, and that is why it's here. Bairo likes that sentence because it speaks of seeing the end before building the middle.
The future, for him, is not a place you arrive at. It is a place you see first and then build, one day at a time, with the lifetime of many people.
The future, venture by venture
- CEASA Bank: the future of food changing handsBairo Gonzalez's vision for CEASA Bank in 2030, 2040 and 2050: real agribusiness with an account, credit and pricing for those who sell on credit today.
- Xperienc: the future of care without language bordersBairo Gonzalez's vision for Xperienc: a patient and a specialist on the other side of the world, each in their own language, with human validation.
- Triage: the future of the first listeningBairo Gonzalez's vision for the triage system: a clinical assistant that listens first, follows up daily and calls a professional when needed.
- SOSPROCESSOS: the future of defense within everyone's reachBairo Gonzalez's vision for SOSPROCESSOS: AI legal analysis led by a lawyer, so no one faces the courts without understanding the way forward.
- BTZ Chain and BICOIN: the future of time as a measureBairo Gonzalez's vision for BTZ Chain and BICOIN: a network where truth is the validator and human time is the yardstick. A vision, not an offer or price.
- CLAIN and 1420mhz: the future of claiming your own versionBairo Gonzalez's vision for CLAIN and 1420mhz.org: coordinated niche AI agents, so that anyone can claim their best version.
- qrqbits: the future of what is yours aloneBairo Gonzalez's vision for qrqbits: files, images, audio and text protected with post-quantum cryptography, so that what is intimate stays intimate.
- Instituto CEASA: a future where hunger is no longer the painBairo Gonzalez's vision for Instituto CEASA: surplus from wholesale supply centers turned into food that lasts two years outside the fridge.
- Investment House: the future of belonging to what is realBairo Gonzalez's vision for Investment House: real assets recorded transparently and a table of business owners. Institutional, no offer.
- The ecosystem: the future of a whole bodyBrain, veins, blood, neural connection and protection: Bairo Gonzalez's vision of the ecosystem as a living organism in 2030, 2040 and 2050.
- AI as an extension of the humanFor Bairo Gonzalez, artificial intelligence doesn't replace the person: it extends their reach, as the wheel extended the foot and writing extended memory.
- The first of countless AIsBairo Gonzalez sees today's AI as the first of many: not a single mind, but a multitude of niche intelligences in the service of people.
- The last generation of humans and the first generation of AIThe code 0.1 and 1.0: Bairo Gonzalez sees our time as the meeting of two generations, the last to grow up without AI and the first generation of AI.
- Generation Alpha and Generation Beta: growing up with AIAlpha (2010–2024) and Beta (2025–2039): Bairo Gonzalez imagines how children grow up who never knew a world without artificial intelligence.
- Humans and machines working togetherIn Bairo Gonzalez's vision, the machine does the repetitive and the person does what only people do: decide, care, take responsibility.
- Lifetime as the most valuable currencyFor Bairo Gonzalez, every product he creates is measured in human life: time is the only currency that can't be reprinted. An idea, not a price.
- Waking humans up: the missionFor Bairo Gonzalez, waking up is leaving autopilot: noticing your own time, your own choice and the help technology can give to those who decide to live.
- A life to teach, a space to complete the journeyBairo Gonzalez sees his own life as a lesson in progress and imagines a space where each person can finish the journey they began.
