Chapter 9

A whole body

CLAIN, the brain; BTZ Chain, the veins; BICOIN, the blood; Xperienc, the neural link; qrqbits, the shield. How Bairo designed an organism.

A single company was not what he had seen. What he had seen was a body.

The message of Xperienc

Along the way, Bairo trusted the plans of what he calls his guide. And he received, as he puts it, the message of Xperienc.

Xperienc Global Labs was born in London as a biotechnology research and development lab, with the ambition of standing among the great medical cannabis labs of the world.

The idea is to bring together in one place what is scattered today: laboratories, teleconsultation, a clinical assistant powered by artificial intelligence that follows up and organizes information, always validated by a health professional, and Global Language, an instant translator in which patient and doctor each speak in their own language. With it, a specialist in another country can give a clinical second opinion. An opinion, not a medical report.

Why CLAIN

While building all of this, Bairo ran into a problem everyone who works with AI knows. Artificial intelligence consumes tokens, and tokens are expensive.

The answer was CLAIN. The name comes from claim: in Portuguese, the word reclamar means both to complain and to claim what is yours, and CLAIN takes the second sense. The idea behind the name is that anyone can claim a new download of their best self.

Remember the broke man, with fifty people depending on him, who decided not to complain? It's the same man. He traded one meaning of the word for the other.

The institute and the channel

Alongside came the Instituto CEASA, the humanitarian front, with a vision that fits on one line: a place where hunger stops being the problem and the pain.

And, linked to the Institute, 1420mhz.org, which he defines as a channel of communication and elevation. Here lies one of Bairo's central ideas: artificial intelligence is an extension of the human, not the problem. He speaks of the last generation of humans integrated with the first generation of AI, code 0.1, or 1.0.

The veins and the blood

For humans and machines to work together, there has to be a place where truth can be verified. Bairo proposes BTZ Chain, a hybrid blockchain that brings together artificial intelligence and human time, designed to work as a validator of truthfulness and proof of humanity.

The network's governance coin is BICOIN (BTZ), conceived as the currency of the many artificial intelligences in the ecosystem. In Bairo's vision, it is a network where time is the value, where truth is the validator, and where humans and machines work together.

Remember Steve Jobs's ten seconds? For Bairo, lifetime is the measure of everything. The idea has distinguished relatives: since 1980, the time banks created by Edgar Cahn have exchanged one hour of service for one hour. BTZ Chain proposes a new chapter of that old idea, time as currency, now on a network where humans and machines work together. The project's yardstick is "1 BTZ = 1 minute of human life." It is a yardstick of purpose, not a price, and nothing here is a promise of value or an invitation to acquire anything.

Solutions for anyone

From the same trunk grew tools meant to be accessible to anyone. SOSPROCESSOS, for legal analysis led by a lawyer. The hospital triage system, a pre-consultation with a clinical assistant and human validation.

The body

Together, the pieces form the design Bairo has carried from the beginning:

  • CLAIN is the brain.
  • BTZ Chain is the veins.
  • BICOIN is the blood.
  • Xperienc is the neural connection layer.
  • qrqbits is the external transmission pathway, the protection of what leaves the body.

It is not a conglomerate. It is an organism. Each part only makes sense because the others exist.
