The plant and the science
Why cannabis sits at the center of Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez's ecosystem: research, Anvisa rules and what science already knows.
In the story of Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez, cannabis appears twice.
The first time is personal: an inner, spiritual search, at rock bottom. That part is told in the chapter The God of the impossible, as a personal account, and only as a personal account.
The second time is work. It is the decision to take the plant seriously: with research, with rules and with quality information. That is what this page is about.
Experience is not evidence
People who have lived something up close often want everyone else to live it the same way. Here the path runs the other way. One person's experience proves nothing for anyone else, and it is not used on this site as an argument.
What the experience left behind was something else: the conviction that the plant deserves to be studied with the same rigor as any other field of medicine. Without prejudice, and without promises. That is how a personal experience became a mission: access, research and serious information.
- Access to reliable information and to health professionals who know the subject and follow the rules.
- Research done in the laboratory, with method, to separate what is already known from what is still a hypothesis.
- Serious information, which states with equal clarity what works, what doesn't, and what no one knows yet.
Why cannabis is at the center of the ecosystem
In the way Bairo describes what he has built, as a body, Xperienc is the neural connection layer: the part that links patients, professionals and laboratories. Medical cannabis is the field where that link is most needed today. It is a subject where science moves fast, the rules change, and the patient almost always arrives with more questions than information.
Bringing research, care and information together in one place is the proposal. The rest of the ecosystem provides the structure: the CLAIN artificial intelligence orchestrator, the verifiable record of BTZ Chain and the layered data protection of qrqbits.
Xperienc Global Labs
Xperienc Global Labs Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom, at Companies House, under number 17030182, since February 2026, with its registered office in London. Its registered activity is experimental research and development in biotechnology.
The focus is medical cannabis as a scientific field. Xperienc's proposal is to bring together, in a single environment, laboratories, teleconsultation, a clinical assistant powered by artificial intelligence, and the instant translator Global Language.

What science already knows, and what is still being studied
In 2017, the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) published one of the most comprehensive reviews of the subject, The Health Effects of Cannabis and Cannabinoids. The report graded the evidence by level. It found substantial evidence of an effect in three situations:
- chronic pain in adults;
- chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, with oral cannabinoids;
- multiple sclerosis spasticity, as reported by patients themselves, with oral cannabinoids.
For the vast majority of the other conditions studied, the evidence was graded as moderate, limited or insufficient. In other words, these are fields still under study, not ready-made answers. Substantial evidence does not mean an effect for everyone, or with any product, either: the studies measure specific products, doses and routes, in specific groups of patients.
That space, between what is already known and what is not yet known, is exactly what research exists to fill.
The rules in Brazil
In Brazil, cannabis products for medical purposes are regulated by Anvisa, the national health regulatory agency. In 2026, resolutions RDC 1.013, 1.014 and 1.015 replaced the former RDC 327/2019. These products require a prescription from a licensed professional, and their advertising may only be directed at prescribers and pharmacists.
That is why this site does not talk about products, brands, doses or indications. It talks about science, rules and the path forward.
A second opinion, not a medical report
With Global Language, patient and specialist each speak in their own language. The proposal is to allow a specialist in another country to give a clinical second opinion on a case: a new point of view for the professional who follows the patient.
It is an opinion, not a medical report. It does not replace the consultation, the exam, or the patient's own physician.
A clinical assistant, with human validation
Artificial intelligence comes in as a clinical assistant: it organizes information, keeps track of the history and prepares the conversation. The one who assesses, decides and answers is always a licensed health professional, as required by Law 12.842/2013 and the rules of Brazil's Federal Council of Medicine.
The machine helps. The person decides.
The thread of the story
Bairo went looking for silence and found a direction. What he does with it today is not to hold up his own experience as an example. It is to help build a place where cannabis is treated as it deserves: with science, with rules, and with respect for those looking for an answer.
Informational content. It is not a recommendation for use, a product indication or health advice, and it does not replace a consultation with a licensed professional. Cannabis products for medical purposes in Brazil require a prescription and follow Anvisa rules.
