The seventh attempt
Three old friends, two companies registered in London, and a dream that stopped being a no. Why Bairo's seventh attempt worked.
After six months alone, Bairo was no longer alone.
He found help and connection in three old acquaintances: Marcio, Ricardo and Caio. The four joined forces to carry on, finish and elevate together what he had started.
For someone who had been left hanging by the very people he helped, the word "together" is no small detail. It is a reconciliation with the idea of a team.
The count no one kept
How many times did he try? No one knows for sure. How many times did he think about stopping? No one knows that either. How many times did he almost give up? More than he likes to remember.
What is known is the number he chose to tell his own story: seven. The seventh attempt, and the last, was the one that worked.
Seven is often the number of completeness. In Bairo's life, it was the number of stubbornness.
It is worth looking back to see what each attempt left behind. The course left method. The AI idea that came too early left an eye for the future. The cosmetics brand left proof that he could create from nothing. The partners who pushed him out left the lesson about whom to build with. The bankruptcy of the fifty lives left the courage to do what he didn't know how to do. The coin that took to the road left the world as his address.
The seventh was not the first to work by luck. It was the first that carried all the others inside it.
What is real
The difference between a dream and a story is the record. And this one has a record.
Xperienc Global Labs Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom, at Companies House, under number 17030182, since February 2026. CEASA Financial Database Technology Infrastructure and Digital Assets Ltd is registered under number 17075183, since March 2026. In both, Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez is listed as director and as a person with significant control. In Brazil, he is listed as administrator of the company that operates the CEASA Bank brand.
The agribusiness platform, the coin, the network, the lab and the work with the hospital stopped being a no.
The dream took shape. The most prosperous version he had seen, Bairo says, was real, and it was just as he had seen it.
Faith, with no owner
Bairo insists on one thing. For him, whoever trusts in their God of creation is right, regardless of religious belief. The faith that saved him is not a faith that excludes.
The horizon
The road, for him, does not end in a company. Bairo speaks of the integration between humans and artificial intelligence as the next chapter of our species, and points toward a horizon the industry calls artificial general intelligence and superintelligence. It is a direction, not an achievement.
He saw it
The story goes that, at the opening of Walt Disney World, someone lamented that Walt had not lived to see the park, and heard in reply: "He did see it. That's why it's here."
Bairo's story fits in the same sentence. He saw it first. That is why he is building it now.
