The ventures

The ten fronts founded or conceived by Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez, read as a single circuit: what each one is, where it stands and why it matters.

Anyone who studies a founder's life usually asks two questions, in this order. Who is this person? And what are they really building, today?

The first answer is in the story of Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez: the immigrant who lost his footing, the attempts that went wrong, going broke with many people depending on him, faith, the six months in front of the computer and the seventh attempt. This page answers the second. There are ten fronts, each with its own page, told by the same rule: what has a record appears as fact, what is a plan appears as a plan, and what is a dream appears as a dream.

A circuit, not a collection

Seen from a distance, the fronts seem many and very different: agribusiness, health, law, blockchain, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, real estate, food. Seen up close, they form a single circuit.

Value is born in a real transaction, at the counter of a wholesale food market. It gains an account, invoicing and credit. It is recorded on a network where the truth can be checked. And it returns to people's lives in the form of health, food, assets and intelligence that used to be too expensive.

Bairo describes this circuit as a body. CLAIN is the brain. BTZ Chain is the veins. BICOIN is the blood. Xperienc is the neural connection. qrqbits is the external transmission pathway, the protection of what leaves the body. In a body, no part lives alone.

There is also a three-layer reading, useful for anyone analyzing risk. The physical layer, with a partner hospital, a laboratory and a food plant, is the backing. The financial layer, with the agribusiness platform and the tokenization company, is the flow. The software layer, with the AI orchestrator, the record network and the post-quantum vault, is the scale. In the founder's thesis, it is the physical layer that makes the whole hard to copy.

The ten fronts

Where value is born: agribusiness and food

  • CEASA Bank. A financial platform for agribusiness for those who buy and sell at Brazil's wholesale food markets, on the infrastructure of an authorized institution. In 2025, the 54 Ceasas tracked by Conab, Brazil's national food supply company, moved R$68.7 billion.
  • Instituto CEASA. The humanitarian front: the Food Life project proposes turning the markets' surplus into food that lasts up to two years without refrigeration. Being set up.

Where value is recorded and protected

  • BTZ Chain and BICOIN. A record network proposed to prove what is true and that there is a real person behind every act. The yardstick "1 BTZ = 1 minute of human life" is one of purpose, not price.
  • qrqbits. The ecosystem's post-quantum vault, which protects files, images, audio and text in layers, thinking of the next twenty years and not just the next two.
  • Investment House. Tokenization of real-world assets with written governance, and A Mesa, a network of business owners. An institutional page, with no offer.

Where value returns as care

  • Xperienc Global Labs. A biotechnology research company registered in London that brings together laboratories, teleconsultation, medical cannabis and the Global Language translator for a clinical second opinion, not a medical report.
  • Hospital Granja Julieta. A hospital in São Paulo, Xperienc's clinical partner. It is a separate company, with its own shareholders: Bairo is neither an owner nor a founder of the hospital.
  • Hospital Triage. The pre-consultation system conceived by Bairo: a clinical assistant listens first, and a professional validates and decides.
  • SOSPROCESSOS. Legal analysis with AI, led by a lawyer, so that the quality of a defense does not depend on the size of the law firm.

What ties it all together

  • 1420mhz and CLAIN. The orchestrator of niche AI agents and the portal named after the hydrogen frequency. Public goal: 142 niche AIs in 142 days, starting October 1, 2026.

How to read these pages

Anyone who analyzes a founder learns to distrust text that looks too polished. That is why each page follows the same order: the pain that gave rise to it, how it works in plain words, who it is for, the market with source and link, where it stands today, why it matters and what Bairo's role is.

The "Where it stands today" section is the most important one for decision-makers. It separates what has a public record, such as the companies at Companies House and the CNPJ of the company that operates CEASA Bank, from what is still in development or being set up. Market figures come from public sources, such as Conab, Cepea, the World Bank, the WHO, CNJ, NIST, Stanford and Deloitte, and no company figure appears without a document.

None of these pages is an offer, a recommendation or a promise of results. In health, conduct is described. In finance, ideas are described. It is the way Bairo chose to be taken seriously: saying what is real, what is a goal and what is still a dream.

The person behind the ten fronts

Funds that invest in people know the plan changes and the founder stays. What these ten fronts show, together, is a pattern of behavior: each was born from a pain he lived through or saw up close, and each was built after a no.

The banks didn't want to integrate his solution, and the agribusiness platform was born. Artificial intelligence was too expensive, and CLAIN was born. Food was left over on one side and missing on the other, and the Institute was born. The time he lost never came back, and the minute-of-life yardstick was born.

He sums it up in a sentence that is the rule of his life: every no is the ground of a yes.
