CLAIN and 1420mhz: the future of claiming your own version

Bairo Gonzalez's vision for CLAIN and 1420mhz.org: coordinated niche AI agents, so that anyone can claim their best version.

There's a frequency on which the whole world agreed not to speak. Bairo took from it the name of a place to listen.

Today

CLAIN is the artificial intelligence agent orchestrator that links the ventures of the ecosystem. Instead of one AI trying to know everything, it coordinates specialist agents, each in its own niche: agribusiness, health, law, data protection. Each agent's result goes back to a person, who decides. The name comes from claim: to claim what is yours.

1420mhz.org is the portal for this work, linked to Instituto CEASA, which Bairo defines as a channel of communication and elevation. The number comes from the hydrogen line, 1420.405751768 MHz, the frequency radio astronomy uses to listen to the universe and which international agreements protect from any emission. For Bairo, it's a symbol: the silence where one listens. No one transmits on 1420 MHz, not even him. On October 1, 2026, he announced the goal of the CLAIN protocol: to reach a minimum of 142 niche AIs in 142 days.

The pain he saw

While building the ecosystem, Bairo hit a wall that everyone working with AI knows: artificial intelligence consumes tokens, and tokens are expensive. The most capable tools in the world existed, but access to them had the price of a club's door. Those who most needed help were precisely those who could least afford it.

And there was an older pain, his own. The man who had lost everything, with many people depending on him, who decided not to complain. Who swapped complaining for action. When the time came to name the brain of the ecosystem, he swapped one word for another: claim, instead of complain. In his vision, anyone can claim a new beginning of their best version.

The future he sees

2030. He imagines hundreds of small intelligences, each a specialist in a concrete human pain. One that helps the market trader price goods. Another that explains a summons. Another that supports someone caring for an elderly person. None trying to be everything. All coordinated by CLAIN, like musicians playing different instruments under the same conductor, and all handing the decision back to a person.

2040. In the future Bairo describes, these intelligences work together all the time, and the cost of using them falls until it stops being a barrier. He sees CLAIN as the brain of the ecosystem: not the owner of decisions, but the place where information meets and makes sense. And he sees 1420mhz as the public square of this conversation, where people discuss, calmly, what these intelligences should and shouldn't do.

2050. On the long horizon, he imagines a time when talking to a specialist intelligence will be as common as turning on a tap. The challenge, then, will stop being technical and become human: what each person decides to do with all this help. That's where the symbol of silence returns. In a world full of artificial voices, he believes the rarest skill will be knowing how to stop, listen and choose.

The industry uses the term artificial general intelligence for the hypothesis of machines as versatile as a person. Bairo speaks of it as a research horizon, not as something done. What he builds today are niche intelligences, in the service of people.

What this changes in a person's life

Imagine Cláudio, fifty-three, laid off eight months ago and ashamed to ask for help. He knows he needs to reorganize his debts, understand a contract, maybe open a small business. He doesn't know where to start and has no money to pay three consultants.

In the future Bairo imagines, Cláudio talks with CLAIN one Sunday night. Not with one agent, with several: one that organizes the debts, another that explains the contract in plain language, another that shows what it takes to open a business in his city. In the end, the answer isn't an order. It's a map, and the map says when he needs to talk to a real person, and with whom.

Cláudio didn't get a new life. He got a starting point. And, for someone who had been stuck for eight months, a starting point is a whole life.
