The ecosystem
Why does Bairo say AI is an extension of the human?
For him, AI extends the work and the person decides: the clinical assistant is validated by a health professional, and legal analysis by a lawyer.

Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez says that artificial intelligence is an extension of the human, not the problem, because he sees AI as a tool that widens people's reach without taking their place. In every venture he founded, the design is the same: AI prepares, organizes and suggests, and a qualified person validates and decides.
The last generation before, the first after
He often says that we are living through the meeting of the last generation of humans who grew up without AI and the first generation of AI, a moment he calls code 0.1, or 1.0. For him, those standing at that crossing point have the responsibility of defining how the two will work together.
How this shows up in practice
- Health: at Xperienc and in the triage system, AI acts as a clinical assistant. It gathers information and keeps track of the history, and the one who assesses is always a doctor or nurse, as required by Brazil's medical practice law (Law 12.842/2013).
- Law: at SOSPROCESSOS, AI organizes public decisions and scenarios, and the one who leads the defense is the lawyer.
- Agribusiness and finance: at CEASA Bank, AI helps with pricing, and the decision to buy, sell or lend belongs to whoever is negotiating.
- Orchestration: CLAIN coordinates specialist agents, and the result goes back to a person.
The sentence sums up a design choice. No venture in the ecosystem proposes a machine that decides on its own about someone's health, assets or freedom.
