No. The ventures founded by Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez are separate companies and initiatives, each with its own registration, rules and website. There is no parent company that brings them all together. What links them is a shared vision of services that talk to one another, and the fact that they have the same founder.

Who is who

  • Xperienc Global Labs Ltd: an English company, Companies House 17030182.
  • CEASA Financial Database Technology Infrastructure and Digital Assets Ltd: another English company, Companies House 17075183.
  • Brazilian company that operates CEASA Bank: CNPJ 33.809.587/0001-33, in São Paulo.
  • CEASA Bank in Bolivia: an operation being set up, separate from the two above.
  • Hospital Granja Julieta: an independent Brazilian company, with its own shareholders, Xperienc's clinical partner.

The other ventures, such as BTZ Chain, CLAIN, qrqbits and Instituto CEASA, are in development.

Why the separation matters

Health, finance and digital assets are regulated sectors, each with its own regulator and its own requirements. Keeping the companies separate makes clear who answers for what: the hospital answers for clinical conduct, the financial platform for financial rules, the laboratory for research.

It also protects the people who use the services. A patient does not need an account at CEASA Bank to use Xperienc, and an agribusiness trader does not need to use Xperienc to access credit. The connection between the ventures is a possibility on offer, not an obligation.
