- Dreams: in the hardest stretch, after losing everything, he says he saw his best self, a prosperous man at peace. That dream became the map of where he was headed.
- Execution: six months barely leaving the house, building the foundation of CEASA Bank; then, companies registered in Brazil and the United Kingdom.
