BTZ Chain and BICOIN

What is BICOIN (BTZ)?

The governance coin of the BTZ Chain network, created by Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez, inspired by bitcoin and with mining tied to human lifetime.

BICOIN, ticker BTZ, is the governance coin of the BTZ Chain network, created by Bairo Leandro Gonzalez Martinez. Inspired by bitcoin, it proposes one central difference: mining tied to human lifetime, measured by the interaction of real people on the network, rather than to the energy spent by computers. It is in development.

What a governance coin is

On a blockchain network, the governance coin is the unit used to take part in the network's own rules: recording operations, validating and, in some models, voting on changes. In the ecosystem founded by Bairo, BICOIN is also the common unit among the artificial intelligence agents and the services of the different ventures.

Inspired by bitcoin, with a different measure

Bitcoin is mined through computational proof of work. BICOIN proposes replacing that measure with proof of human life: what generates the unit is the time of real people interacting on the network. That is the source of the project's symbolic yardstick, "1 BTZ = 1 minute of human life," which expresses purpose, not price.

A note on the ticker. The ticker BTZ is also used by other digital asset projects with no connection to BTZ Chain. To avoid confusion, the safe reference is the full name, BICOIN (BTZ), and the network's official website.
